This is a senior creative role focused on delivering exceptional interior schemes across luxury residential and heritage projects.

Estimator Role

Package

• CRE8 Joinery LLP
• Salary: £45K - £55K
• Start Date: asap
• Hours 8am – 5pm
• Office based
• Company Pension – Following 3 months service

• Estimator Position

• • Positive can-do attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

• • Minimum of 3 year’s experience working as a joinery estimator. 

• • Commutable distance to HQ. 

• • Able to price from and read and interpret architectural drawings. 

• • Able to complete take offs from plans, elevations and drawings. 

• • Comfortable in client facing environments. There may be travel to meetings in London as and when required. 

• • Able to work on Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical and manufacturing drawings from concept designs
• Develop drawings for client approval through to full production
• Liaise with internal teams including workshop, procurement, and projects

• Manage drawing revisions and updates throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain organised documentation and drawing records

The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-end bespoke furniture to an exceptional standard.

This is a key role within the workshop, ensuring every piece meets the highest quality and aesthetic expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for finishing including sanding and priming
• Apply finishes using spray techniques (lacquers, paints, stains, etc.)
• Achieve high-quality finishes across a range of bespoke furniture

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee bespoke kitchen and furniture projects for a prestigious luxury brand. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to world-class projects while managing every aspect of project delivery, from planning to installation. The position is based in London and involves collaborating with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex fitted furniture or interior fit-out projects from initial planning to final installation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Contribute to cost forecasting, project reporting, and financial oversight.
