ask: “Are you comfortable producing design intent interior packs in Revit yourself, without handing modelling to someone else?”
Theyre looking for a revit proficient that can work up design intent packs for interiors, not just a technician but someone who considers proportion, plays with options, draws coffers and junctions and details and joinery.
“This role sits between interior design and joinery engineering.
The client is a high-end residential studio and they’re looking for someone who can work up design intent for interiors — not just produce technical drawings.
You’d be thinking through how interiors are actually built: bespoke joinery, ceilings, coffers, junctions, proportions and material details — and then expressing that clearly in Revit.
It’s not a production or BIM role, and not a decorative interiors role either. It suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, detailing and shaping how things come together, rather than just drawing what they’re told.”
