About Us:
Broadreach is a leading supplier in the bespoke furniture design and manufacturing industry, specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects.  We are seeking a skilled Technical designer with a passion for wood and specialist pieces and living spaces to join our client's expert team.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Designer to join our Client's team in Wiltshire. Your role will be to provide technical drawings for the cabinet making teams to make from.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- use Cabinet Vision software (training will be provided) to technically detail signed off room designs
- use AutoCAD to technically detail bespoke joinery details

- work together with our Systems Engineer (a Cabinet Vision expert) and workshop staff to ensure designs can me made efficiently

We are a small company and expect flexibility; this list is not exhaustive, and input and work will be needed in all areas as required.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- NVQ 3 or above qualification in woodworking or a similar vocation
- 2 years’ experience cabinet making or working in an established workshop

- Experience working in a role - Design to manufacture - Producing drawings that can be worked from in a woodworking workshop.

- Experience with 3D CAD software – AutoCAD, Sketchup, Cabinet Vision etc.

ROLE DETAILS

- Full time

- 40 hours per week.
- Workshop opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm .
