Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Performance Bonus

Broadreach Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading design-led manufacturer to find an exceptional Supply Chain Manager to join their U.S. operation. About the Role:

The Supply Chain Manager will take full responsibility for the sourcing, supplier relationships, and logistics strategies across the U.S. operations. You'll play a central role in ensuring consistent material flow, managing outsourced production, optimizing cost structures, and contributing to the overall scalability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and ongoing performance management

  • Manage material planning, procurement, and delivery to support production and project timelines

  • Implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality or service

  • Oversee outsourced manufacturing partners and streamline supply chain processes

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to align strategy and improve efficiency

  • Mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all sourcing and logistics activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment

  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage supplier relationships

  • Experience with outsourcing production and driving cost savings

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision making

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
