We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected workshop in Somerset, known for creating high-quality bespoke furniture. If you love working on unique, one-off pieces in a collaborative and professional environment, this could be your next great move.

The Role

You’ll be working in a busy, modern workshop producing exceptional bespoke pieces, including:

• Manufacturing custom furniture and joinery from detailed drawings
• Working confidently with hardwoods and softwoods
• Using machinery and hand tools with precision and care
• Collaborating closely with designers to bring concepts to life
• Carrying out quality checks and finishing to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Supporting a positive, team-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner
• Background in bespoke or high-end furniture preferred
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Understanding of different timbers and finishes
• Reliable, self-motivated, and well organised
• A strong team player with good communication skills
