Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder – Luxury Coach & Van Conversions

Location: Bicester
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder to join a specialist workshop in Bicester, working on the build, modification and repair of high-end coaches and bespoke van conversions.

This is a hands-on role focused on structural, interior and bodywork elements across a fleet of premium vehicles used within events, touring and production environments.

The Role

• Carrying out coachbuilding, body repairs and structural modifications to coaches and vans
• Fabricating and fitting panels, interiors, fixtures and bespoke vehicle components
• Supporting vehicle strip, refit and conversion projects from concept through to completion
• Working with wood, metal and composite materials to a high finish standard
• Repairing accident damage and carrying out refurbishment work where required
• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality and durability standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Coachbuilder, Vehicle Body Builder or similar
• Background working on coaches, buses, vans, horseboxes, motorhomes or bespoke vehicles
• Strong fabrication and fitting skills (woodwork, metalwork or composites)
• Ability to read drawings and work from build specifications
• Welding or fabrication experience desirable
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finished vehicles
