Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker

About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join their small, dedicated team producing high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture. The ideal candidate will be experienced in traditional joinery techniques, able to work independently or as part of a close-knit workshop team, and take real pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture to exceptional standards

• Work from technical drawings and specifications

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools

• Collaborate with a small team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end joinery or cabinet making

• Strong understanding of traditional and modern joinery methods

• Ability to work to fine tolerances with a high level of accuracy

• Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: £15.00–£22.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (applicants must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting)
