Cabinet Maker

Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time | Permanent

We’re recruiting for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join an established and growing bespoke joinery business in Yeovil.

This is a hands-on workshop position producing high-quality, made-to-measure furniture and joinery. You’ll work from technical drawings and manufacture bespoke items accurately from start to finish.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manufacturing bespoke cabinets and fitted furniture
• Working from technical drawings and cutting lists
• Machining, assembling and finishing components
• Using traditional woodworking tools and modern machinery
• Producing work to a high standard of accuracy and finish
• Checking completed items before they leave the workshop
• Working independently and as part of an experienced team

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner or Furniture Maker
• Confident working from technical drawings
• Experience manufacturing bespoke furniture or cabinetry
• Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
