The Role
As Spray Shop Manager, you will lead a busy furniture finishing department, ensuring high standards and efficient production.
Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing all aspects of furniture finishing – staining, shading, and spraying.
✔ Overseeing workflow, production schedules, and quality control.
✔ Leading and developing a team of sprayers and finishers.
✔ Improving finishing processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
