Experienced Joiner – Luxury Yacht Builds

We are seeking skilled and detail-focused Joiners to join a team dedicated to crafting world-class luxury yachts. This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that demand precision, problem-solving, and collaboration within a multi-skilled environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manufacturing and fitting a wide variety of high-end yacht furniture

• Reading and interpreting CAD drawings

• Constructing internal and external furniture, cabin doors, and sole bearers

• Supporting painting tasks as needed

• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure build quality and deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a joinery role

• Background in the marine industry is desirable but not essential

• Strong craftsmanship and a high standard of finish

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
