Are you an experienced Sprayer / Finisher looking to work on high-end bespoke furniture?

We’re working with a well-established manufacturer specialising in luxury bespoke furniture and joinery, delivering exceptional projects across high-end residential and specialist sectors.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a skilled Sprayer / Finisher to their workshop team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-end bespoke furniture to an exceptional standard.

This is a key role within the workshop, ensuring every piece meets the highest quality and aesthetic expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for finishing including sanding and priming
• Apply finishes using spray techniques (lacquers, paints, stains, etc.)
• Achieve high-quality finishes across a range of bespoke furniture
• Carry out polishing and final finishing work
• Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean working environment
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines

About You

• Proven experience as a Sprayer / Finisher within joinery or furniture
• Experience working on high-end or bespoke products
• Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
• High attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
