Estimator – Joinery

Essex
£45,000 – £55,000 + benefits
Full-time | Office-based | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We’re working with a well-established bespoke joinery business in Essex, looking to bring in an experienced Estimator to support continued growth across high-end projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently price joinery packages, interpret technical drawings, and work closely with both internal teams and clients.

The Role

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects
• Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Completing detailed take-offs from plans, elevations, and technical drawings
• Liaising with clients and attending meetings (including occasional travel into London)
• Working collaboratively with internal teams while also managing your own workload

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a joinery estimator
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and manufacturing processes
• Confident working from drawings and producing accurate take-offs
• Comfortable in client-facing situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Based within a commutable distance of Essex
