This role is focused on the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out and bespoke joinery projects.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience managing:

High-end refurbishment projects
Candidates from purely housebuilding, civils or general construction backgrounds without interiors or fit-out experience are unlikely to be suitable.
The Opportunity
An established specialist interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful installation and delivery of bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UK.
Working closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and installation teams, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
This is a hands-on leadership role where attention to detail, communication skills and pride in delivery are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Site Management

Managing day-to-day site operations

Coordinating installation teams and subcontractors

Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme

Monitoring site progress and reporting updates to Project Managers

Managing site logistics and access requirements
Health & Safety
-
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements
-
Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
-
Managing RAMS and site documentation
-
Promoting a positive safety culture on site
Quality & Delivery
-
Ensuring exceptional standards of finish and workmanship
-
Monitoring installation quality throughout projects
-
Managing snagging and defect resolution
-
Supporting project handovers and client sign-off
Client & Contractor Liaison
-
Acting as the primary site contact for clients and contractors
-
Attending site meetings
-
Managing expectations and resolving issues professionally
-
Maintaining strong working relationships throughout project delivery
What We're Looking For
Essential
-
Previous Site Manager, Installation Manager or Supervisory experience
-
Experience delivering fit-out, joinery or interior projects
-
Strong understanding of site operations and programme management
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
-
Full UK driving licence
Desirable

CSCS Manager Card
-
First Aid at Work

Joinery or carpentry background
-
Experience within commercial interiors or workplace fit-out
-
Fire door or passive fire protection knowledge
