We're looking for an Export Project Coordinator with a strong background in air and sea freight who is ready to take ownership of export operations, delivering outstanding service and driving down shipping costs—without compromising on quality or reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the backbone of international logistics—ensuring overseas shipments not only leave on time, but arrive intact, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption. Working closely with internal teams and US-based colleagues, you’ll coordinate complex projects, troubleshoot shipping issues, and lead on quality control throughout the process.

• Coordinate export shipping for global key clients via air, sea, and road

• Evaluate and implement the most efficient and reliable freight options

• Reduce overseas shipping costs by at least 5% quarterly

• Lead quality control on export projects before final dispatch

• Liaise with production, procurement, and project teams to align delivery timelines

• Handle customs clearance, documentation, and compliance

• Serve as point of contact for shipping agents, US warehouses, and clients
