Pay: $45 - $65 per hour (depending on experience and scope)

About the Opportunity

Broadreach Projects is very busy across South Florida and looking for skilled Millwork Installers (1099 contractors) to join our high-end installation team on site in Miami.

We partner with top-tier builders, designers, and fabricators to deliver custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and luxury interior installations. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and delivering excellent results on every project, we want to work with you.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinetry, wall panels, trim, doors, and custom millwork components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and site layouts.
• Perform accurate scribing, cutting, and fitting on-site.
• Use professional hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and communication with supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry installation.
• Must have your own tools, transportation, and liability insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently or lead a small crew.
• Comfortable working under time-and-materials or project-based arrangements.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with solid surface, yacht interiors, or high-end commercial fit-outs.
• CNC or fabrication experience a plus.
