The Role
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of bespoke joinery packages for high-end residential projects. This role demands a unique blend of practical joinery expertise and construction knowledge — allowing you to manage the finer details of production while navigating the broader legal and contractual context of site-based work.
You’ll oversee every stage of the process, acting as the key link between the workshop, site teams, and clients. From technical drawings to final handover, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage bespoke joinery and cabinetry projects from design to installation

Oversee scheduling, resource planning, site coordination, and logistics

Maintain rigorous quality control across manufacture and fit-out stages

Track and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met

Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams

Read and interpret architectural, workshop, and construction drawings

Ensure full compliance with health and safety, CDM, and building regs

Travel as needed between HQ and sites in London
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in joinery project management with a strong portfolio of completed work

Background in both joinery and construction, with solid understanding of site operations, legal compliance, and contractual frameworks (including JCT)

Excellent knowledge of bespoke furniture and cabinetry techniques and materials

Skilled in project scheduling, costing, and risk management

Confident interpreting technical and architectural drawings

Familiar with site coordination, regulations, and managing subcontractors

Competent user of project management tools/software

Highly organised, independent, and solutions-focused

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
