Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience

• Coordinating and scheduling deliveries with precision and care

• Supporting the customer service team to maintain high standards of client satisfaction

• Assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the showroom and logistics
