  • Monitor quality throughout manufacture and ensure design intent is maintained

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects on track

  • Support continuous improvement of systems, processes and technologies

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar furniture/joinery design role

  • Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials and finishes

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships

  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple live projects

  • Strong IT literacy and openness to new technologies and systems

  • A genuine passion for craftsmanship and high-quality bespoke work

What’s on Offer

  • Full-time position

  • Varied, high-profile projects with leading architects and designers

  • Supportive, collaborative team environment

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • Opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional bespoke projects
