They are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who shares a passion for excellence and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys varied, hands-on work and is looking to advance toward project leadership or workshop management.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft bespoke, high-end cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
• Skilled in veneering, machining, solid wood conversion, and traditional hand-tool techniques
• Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings
• Maintain full ownership of projects from inception to completion
• Ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment
• Plan and manage project schedules
• Coordinate with the buyer to manage materials and supplies
• Supervise and support a small team to deliver projects on time and to spec

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in cabinet making or a closely related field
• Strong communicator with a solutions-driven, practical approach
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive, responsible attitude and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
