Cabinet Maker
Location: South West London
Full-time | £32k+ (Based on experience)

They are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who shares a passion for excellence and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys varied, hands-on work and is looking to advance toward project leadership or workshop management.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke, high-end cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
 - Skilled in veneering, machining, solid wood conversion, and traditional hand-tool techniques
 - Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings
 - Maintain full ownership of projects from inception to completion
 - Ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment
 - Plan and manage project schedules
 - Coordinate with the buyer to manage materials and supplies
 - Supervise and support a small team to deliver projects on time and to spec
 
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in cabinet making or a closely related field
 - Strong communicator with a solutions-driven, practical approach
 - Excellent organisational and time-management skills
 - A proactive, responsible attitude and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
