About the Role

An established luxury furniture workshop in Portsmouth is looking for a talented Cabinet Maker to join its experienced production team.

You’ll be working on bespoke, high-end cabinetry and joinery projects – ranging from premium residential pieces to specialist furniture – crafted with precision and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
• Build bespoke cabinetry and fitted interiors to the highest standard
• Manage multiple projects whilst maintaining deadlines and exceptional quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent craftsmanship across all projects

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience in bespoke, high-end cabinet making or joinery (furniture, yacht interiors, or similar settings would be ideal)
• Genuine passion for craftsmanship with a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
