Projects Coordinator
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple bespoke joinery/interiors projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Projects range from luxury residential interiors through to hospitality and commercial fit-outs, working closely with designers, workshop teams, suppliers and installation teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from initial handover through to final installation
- Coordinating design, manufacturing, logistics and installation teams
- Managing project programmes, budgets and variations
- Liaising with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and resolving issues proactively
- Supporting procurement and supplier coordination
- Conducting site visits and overseeing installations where required
- Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience within bespoke joinery, furniture, fit-out or luxury interiors
- Strong project management experience across manufacture and installation projects
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and variations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Asana or similar would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
