About the Role

A leading bespoke furniture and interiors manufacturer is seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join its commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness.

You’ll play a key part in pricing and managing unique projects – from high-end residential interiors to luxury bespoke furniture – ensuring accurate and competitive costings are produced to support the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and interior projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce quotations
• Liaise with design, production, and project management teams to ensure costings are realistic and achievable
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate costs where required
• Support the wider commercial team in securing and managing projects effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Joinery Estimator, or a strong background in joinery with estimating knowledge
• Excellent understanding of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach
